Tell us what happened
Include your iPhone model, iOS version, game version, the mode or region you were playing, and the steps that caused the problem. A screenshot helps. Please leave out passwords and other sensitive information.
Quick troubleshooting
Close and reopen Myorbles, check for an available app update, and try the same step again. If the issue continues, email the details above and a screenshot or short screen recording. Contact support before deleting or reinstalling the app: your progress is stored on your device and may be lost.
How do I play?
Swipe left or right to change lanes, up to hop rocks and craters, and down to curl under arches. Collect gems to grow. Grown and Evolved Myorbles can tap to cartwheel when the power is ready.
Open Settings on the title screen and choose Play Tutorial to repeat the guided introduction.
How do I restore Earth?
Carry gems and rescued babies to a region's Moonwell. Reaching the gate banks that region's moonlight; a fall loses the moonlight you are still carrying. Banked progress stays saved between runs. Light all six regions to restore Earth.
How do Jewels and the nursery work?
Play Myorble Jewels from the title screen to earn stardust. Swap neighboring faces to match at least three. Four in a row creates a line clear; five or an L/T match makes a color bomb. Every 40 score earns one stardust.
In the nursery, choose two different baby colors that you have rescued and spend 30 stardust. One parent supplies the body color and the other the fins. Open the Myorble Book to choose a rescued baby or discovered hybrid as your runner.
Where is my progress saved?
Progress is stored locally on your device. The current game has no account or cloud-save service. Deleting the app can remove your progress. Settings → Restart Progress clears your campaign, rescued babies, hybrids, stardust, best score, and tutorial progress after confirmation.
Music and pauses
Music can be switched off in Settings or the runner's pause menu. Tap the pause button during a run to resume later or return to the menu.
